Today’s COTD is the Ace of Swords
Now is a good time to clear your thoughts, to ditch anything that’s been bothering you and to concentrate on what’s important. Planning ahead may help too, get out that diary and fill it, fill it with friends, family, trips out, dates, whatever you feel is important to you or makes you happy.
Try not to fool yourself though, cramming too much in will start stressing out your head again. Take a time out, a few deep breaths and be realistic.
