Today’s COTD is Religion

We all have our own religion, be it the sort that keeps routine in our lives, to beliefs we carry around with us, even the special knickers or socks we wear for luck sometimes!

What we believe in changes over time as we evolve as people, and also by what influences us as we travel through life.

Today try to notice your routines, (do you always put your right sock on before your left) what has influence and control over you. Is any of it nonsensical or is some of it crucial to how you function throughout the day.

Once you’ve begun to notice the little things you do and acknowledge their importance, then you can make any necessary changes to enhance your life even more.
