Stop! Take a breath. Don’t panic!
So you’ve hit an obstacle, and now time to find a solution, there is one, you just need to figure out what it is.
It’s not the end of the world when something happens out of the blue, it happened for a reason. Quite often it is to slow you down, to prevent you from overdoing things, and to make you take an enforced time out.
Try not to fight against this, work with it, and a solution to your sudden halt should show itself to you soon enough.
