Today in the UK it is Boxing Day and a time to reflect on the generosity of others from yesterday and all year. Your emotions may be overflowing, but be aware of what they are overflowing with.
Hopefully joy and happiness are in abundance, but sometimes more negative feelings can slip in and cause mayhem. The greed and expectancy of the season can sometimes have detrimental effects on a person if you are feeling fragile.
Whatever emotional state you are feeling, acknowledge its presence and let flow what affects you and allow calm to follow.
