When I was being mentored to be a tarot reader, many moons ago. I was told that every tarot card has a positive and a negative quality to them.
To me this makes sense.
Not everyone feels this way, and I respect that. I prefer to see the positive and use the negative as a caution if I can, sometimes though the negative speaks so loudly it cannot be ignored.
Depending on what question I’m asking the cards to speak on, and the energy each card oozes at the time, depends on how the card’s energy is read.
I prefer to give inspiring, uplifting readings, not doom and gloom ones. No one wants to hear how tough things are, they already know. They want a reading to help lift them and direct them in a positive pro-active way, don’t they? I know I do.
That said, from time to time if a card happens to land upside down, I take it as a clear sign it is not in a happy place and wants to be heard, upside down too.
So whichever way you like to read your cards, enjoy reading them in the unique and personal way you choose to, I do 🙂

p.s. I’m so glad I cleaned my keyboard, although I don’t think nail polish remover was the best choice, it pongs!!!
