After reminiscing yesterday, you may have come to notice just how strong you are, and how much you have withstood over the years.

Life gives us a good battering from time to time, yet here we are, still standing tall amongst it all.

Yes, we may have been changed over the years, yet underneath our true self always seems to remain. Life’s events can mould us and alter our world view, yet it is how we choose to use these experiences that make the difference to us and those around us.

Storms may come and go, stand tall through them all, and live life stronger for them.
