Let the air steal your thoughts from you today, allow then to float away on the breeze as you release any negativity you have been harbouring.

As each thought escapes you, feel the weight of their burden lifting from your shoulders, eliminating any dark shadows lurking within your mind, to help the light shine upon you once more.
