Slay your demons today, use the power of your mind to help you.  Your thoughts and words have power and this power can be harnessed for good or bad.

Beginning a new mindset can be difficult to step into and maintain.  Start with small steps and expand on them over time. Admitting to yourself what irks you is a great way to recognise what needs rectifying and transforming into positiveness in your life.

So with your best defences fully awake and aware, put them to work in casting out what no longer mentally serves you in a positive way.
