10.05.17: Today’s COTD is the 8 of Cups

Whether you work with large teams or small teams, it’s always good to leave them behind at the end of the day and seek your own personal team, even if it’s a team of one. As wonderful or infuriating work colleagues can be, there is only so much time you may wish to be in their company.

Seeking solitude or personal friends after the day shift ends is wonderful.  It is a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day.

We are all different, and all have our own way of decompressing, so choose what works best for you, and don’t worry about turning your back on your colleagues, they will be ready and waiting for you the next time you’re back at it.
