The combination of today’s card and rune is perfect, they work together beautifully to help deliver us from torment and stress.

Whatever ills have been coming your way are soon to be over, as any difficulties can now be averted to help release you from recent and unnecessary pressures and pain.

This also serves as a reminder to think before you act, to control yourself in ways you may not have been able to previously, and to consider your emotional needs as well as your mental ones as you now move forward in a more hopeful way.
