Sit tall and proud and have confidence in yourself.  Your best usage of your skills today is to listen.

Keep your ears alert and keen, whatever you hear though may not be the whole truth.  Look for cracks in the stories you hear, and form your own opinions based on what you know, not what you are being told.

Gossip never sits well with truth, so be calm, take your time to listen, then evaluate things for yourself.
