Do something practical today to bring you back down to earth and become more grounded. There has probably been a lot of indulgence over the last few days or so and there is often more to follow at this time of year. By partaking of something manual you should find yourself falling back in tune with reality for a while and it can also help calm your mind, aiding peace within for a while.
