28.01.20 – IX The Hermit – Finding Time
Today you are being asked to become more self-aware, to meditate in solitude and seek somewhere peaceful to escape the world…even if it’s only for 5 minutes. Finding a little ‘me time’ can be difficult with today’s busy lifestyles, but it is important for your mental and physical health to have some alone time. However or wherever you find your little piece of tranquility, utilise the time and space well, and when you’re done, walk away feeling lighter and fresher for it.
