COTD 17.03.20 – IV The Emperor – A brief look

 A brief look into the past can reveal a lot about us.  It is the things we focus our attention on that can help tell the story of us today.  Often times we focus on the wrong things, we ruminate over past troubles and let them rule over us now.  Find a structured way to deal with any lingering problems you have, and make sure they are productive and positive ways.  It is too easy to fall into the trap of unhealthy coping mechanisms which can only aid and abet our negative ruminating sessions.
