Aura
Keeping your aura healthy is an essential part of being happy. Hopefully, you’ve been working hard to improve yours this week with your nature trips and it should be getting it’s full sparkle on now.
If, for whatever unfortunate reason, your aura is feeling a little leaden and dull still, you may need to do some extra work to rectify this.
Arrange to take a day off, I’ll bet a lot us are forgetting to take our annual leave, so use some. Rest up and pamper yourself with rest, relaxation, sleep and self-care.
Also, take note of the energy vampires around you. See who is siphoning off too much of your energy and replacing it with a heavier draining feeling. Make a note to avoid them for a while and see how you begin to feel by doing so.
But most of all, nurture your aura, let is surround you with its wonderful energy and look after yourself and it will look after you too.
