It’s tempting to try to do it all, especially when no one is around to witness you in the act. This is what leads to stress and anxiety flare-ups and we’ve been working hard all week to move away from those feelings.
Make a conscious effort to only do what’s necessary. Some things can wait as they never seem to go away. Who cares if you don’t wash up 3 times a day! Do it all in one hit before you settle down for the evening. Save your day time for more precious and important things, like self-care, playing games with your children, taking a walk, fussing your pets, the fun stuff.
Oh, and nighttime is sleep time, it’s vital to your well-being, so no midnight chores or fridge raids either!
