This weekend make an effort to create connections with others and find ways to bring joy into your lockdown world. Join an online group to encourage a hobby or a conversation.

Find out what’s popular and join in. While we all won’t be dancing around a bonfire for Guy Fawkes, we can all find something to add to our lives if we search for it.
