Ostara, I love this time of year, it if full of so many possibilities, hopes, dreams and lighter brighter days to come. Being able to open the windows and hear the birds singing as they build their nest is wonderful.
Springtime is just wonderful isn’t it. I love to watch the earth come back to life with new growth, the lively insects, and the bees busy buzzing about their business.
This time of year makes me feel alive, it brings my energy levels up and the desire to get out in the mature jungle, pretending to be my garden, is strong within me. I’m no gardener, but I like the way it feels to be surrounded by so much greenery, so long as I can sit and read a book and listen to the bees, it can be as wild or as tamed as I wish it to be.
If I need a change of scenery, I pop to the local park to see the squirrels scurrying around and bobbing through the tree branches. And…if I’m very lucky…I see the deer running through the fields trying not to be seen.
And as for the hares and the bunnies, not forgetting the chocolate eggs, springtime is awesome!
Love Jennifer x
