Seek refuge and solitude today if you need to. There is no rule to say you have to go out and be sociable, it’s not for everyone. It can actually be quite a productive and enlightening time, and if spent wisely, can be a very prosperous experience.
Spending time alone can be comforting. It can be healing and generate a calm and serene energy which I find can be quite addictive. Be careful not to overdo it though, as too much alone time can make you feel lonely.
