It’s times like this that you can turn to someone more experienced to help you. A father type figure (if you are lucky enough to have one), maybe seek out that able and qualified someone to help you or, if you’re like me, stubborn, you have to tap into your own mature sensibilities and figure a way out on your own.
Never feel that you’re alone in your struggles, there is always someone not too far away who will be able to help you. Even if you think you’ve got it sorted, do tell someone about it and let them help, a good moan to a friendly ear can make all the difference.
