This week we see the power of our emotions trying to drown us, but with correct prevention, we should be able to shield ourselves from the worst of them.
These emotions may be caused by an onslaught of past memories flooding our minds, which are still deeply interwoven into events of today.
The best way to deal with these is logically. To break down the barriers that stand between our sanity and us drowning. Enabling us to rise up stronger and more in control than we were before. To relax and enjoy these memories instead of being overwhelmed by them.
