On the twenty-third day of advent Legacy of the Divine is asking us to drop any defensive behaviour and past hurts so we can enjoy being in the now. Whatever has happened in the past is well, in the past.
Talking things through with someone can be helpful, someone who knows your history. Take a leaf out of the Hanging Man from the 21st and try and gain a new perspective on things. Life is short and healing takes time. Maybe now’s as good a time as any to start.
