Valentine’s Day is here again! How does that make you feel? Romantic, happy, joyous, excited, lonely, sad, fury over the commercialism of it, or just plain old blah!

Today’s card is asking you to examine what is causing you to feel this way.

This question applies to you in general, not just to the theme of the day. So take a good look at your emotions today and how you react to things. Try and find out the root cause of these feelings and then you can attempt to source a remedy; if you need one.
