The Prince of Pentacles is a sensible grounded sort, he likes to think things through before taking action. This isn’t because he’s timid, far from it, for he is a warrior in training.

He is here to remind us to take time out to plan our next move, to find shelter and regroup. We don’t all have a real shield to hide behind, but we often have our own version of one.

When you need a place to take shelter, go where you feel the most protected to work out your best strategy.
