From the depth of your emotions always look for the light that shimmers above to help keep you illuminated. This is reminding us that no matter how new, raw or overwhelming our emotions can get, all we need is the smallest ray of light to lift us up.

The glass goblet here is holding some of the water in place as the light rays reach it, this is the stabilising ability of what or who can help us hold things together. Be the structure of glass, someone’s presence or even their arms, being able to touch the sides is always a great comfort and security when we feel like we are emotionally drowning.
