Today is about honouring your body through movement. By keeping your body moving your motion becomes more fluid. Taking care of our physical being is so essential for the longevity of our soul’s host body.
Whether you do Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, martial arts, or just walk places, these all contribute to the physical body’s wellness.
My lung function test today was worse than the last time it was checked, so I’m now on a mission to improve it, through the movement of my body. This card is confirming I need to do more.
