COTD 26.05.20 – King of Swords – Listen to the babbling

It looks like this king still has something to say, he’s been popping up quite a bit lately.

So what is bothering your mind? Those voices in your head that constantly chatter – have you noticed them? They are your thoughts, dancing around freely, totally wild and untamed – that is until you notice them.

Now is a good time to listen to your mind rambling away to itself, what is it saying? Pay attention, as often it is what is babbling away reveals what is troubling you.
